I apply my expertise and a propriety framework for evaluating, editing, revising, or writing business plans, marketing plans, financial models, and pitch decks. This framework was developed with over 300 clients. I have served on both sides of the investor table (as decision maker and as advocate) for financing (and launch and scale) of technology commercialization, startups, early stage ventures, small businesses, larger corporate subsidiaries, and for imports and exports. You have concepts, patents, written drafts, napkin notes, prototypes, patents, products services and/or other work in process. With my expertise and framework, I rapidly evaluate your current state, identify key gaps for producing a complete, convincing and compelling business model and investor ready business plan. Then I provide you with a Honest Business Plan Critique Report of the gaps, areas for improvement, and an estimate of how to achieve a true “Investor Ready Business Plan”.
