You will get a google document with 5-8 interview questions per interviewer for the candidate. Please keep the number of interviews to less than 5 people (generally I recommend this as the maximum number of interviewers depending on company size).
This project is NOT intended for technical interviews (code reviews, architecture design etc) or any project-based interviews (like take-home assignments etc). This is ideal for HR/recruitment, business, operations, sales, marketing, finance, etc.
