Employee handbooks are only useful when they reflect your specific business. I will create a handbook that reflects your company and makes sense for your business through my process. I utilize the Society for Human Resource Management tools to ensure the most current federal and state policies are included in your business. The process starts with gathering all of the information you currently have in your business (it's ok if you have none; we will build it together). Once I have everything you currently use for employee policies, I will send a questionnaire to fill in the gaps. We will have three meetings throughout the contract: an initial meeting, a midway meeting to iron out specific policies, and a revision consultation. The handbook will be completely customized to your business and how you do business.
