Project details

When your insured contractor gets sued and the insurance has to pickup defense costs, an “expert witness” can be the deciding factor for a judge or jury on the case going in your favor or not. Outdoor Project Consulting can go through the case and job with a fine tooth comb to discover things that others will not see. We will yield an honest opinion under a sealed affidavit that can be used to strengthen your companies’ position in court for a win, or to provide supporting justification for your settlement offer to the Plaintiff. Our services in these matters include but are not limited to:

1. Forensic job investigation (when applicable)
2. Expert witness services
3. Witness stand testimony
4. Detailed written reports
5. Collaboration with other licensed contractors to yield a more dynamic opinion (when applicable)
6. Collaboration with home inspectors

This project includes up to 3 hours of investigative consulting work.
