Project details

Have you been denied your lawful compensation after your flight was delayed or canceled? I will help you get paid! I have vast experience in handling cross-border compensation claims as well as the European Small Claims Procedure.

The EU Regulation 261/2004 establishes minimum rights for passengers in these circumstances.

It applies to any passenger starting their trip at an EU airport, or landing in an EU airport, provided that the airline is headquartered in the EU.

You are entitled to compensation in the following cases.

-Delays: Your flight arrives at its destination 3 or more hours late
-Cancellations: You have been informed of the cancelation less than 14 days before departure
-Overbooking: The airline overbooked your flight and is not able to offer a seat on board - equivalent to denied boarding.
-Missed connecting flight: If the final destination is reached 3 or more hours after schedule due to a missed connecting flight This also applies if the connecting flight was operated by another airline as long as your ticket is valid for both legs of the flight.

The amount of compensation depends on the distance of the flight and varies between €250 and €600.

Swedish lawyer helping consumers & businesses get paid
Gothem, Sweden - 4:09 pm local time
I'm a Swedish lawyer with experience in consulting with and representing clients on, a variety of legal issues and proceedings, both in and out of court.

I thoroughly enjoy helping private individuals and small businesses get paid what they're owed by corporations and individuals. I've helped dozens of clients enforce their right to restitution by employing a simple three-step process: (1) contacting the other party directly with the intent of reaching an amicable solution, (2) applying for an order of payment at the bailiff's office, and (3) taking it to court by filing a civil lawsuit.

While my specialty is Swedish law and EU law aimed at monetary claims, I also have adequate knowledge of international private law, which is essential for determining the correct jurisdiction for a claim. I've successfully sought and won cross-border debt collection procedures in several European countries.

I believe in regular and straightforward communication - so let’s keep in touch!
