Project details

Most leaders don't struggle because they lack intelligence or drive. They struggle because leadership is a human challenge — and human challenges require more than strategy.
I'm an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with 15+ years working with executives and leaders across corporate, nonprofit, government, and international settings. My coaching integrates ICF competencies, adult learning theory, and trauma-informed awareness.
What sets me apart: I'm also a certified conflict specialist (160-hr Certified Third Party Neutral). Most coaches aren't. That means I understand not just individual development — but the relational and organizational dynamics shaping your leadership context.
I work with leaders navigating communication breakdowns, high-stakes transitions, team conflict, burnout, and leadership effectiveness gaps.
Sessions are goal-driven, structured, and conducted fully remotely. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Clients across North America and internationally.

About Dianne

Dianne D.Status: Offline
Executive Coach & Conflict Resolution Specialist | ICF ACC | M.A.
West Kelowna, Canada - 12:46 am local time
I help leaders, teams, and organizations navigate what's hard — conflict, change, misalignment, and the communication breakdowns that derail even talented people. With over 15 years of experience and an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential, I specialize in executive coaching, conflict resolution, and experiential leadership development that actually changes behaviour.

My work sits at a rare intersection: I am both a credentialed coach and a certified conflict specialist (160-hour Certified Third Party Neutral and trained Mediator), with a trauma-informed lens and a Master's degree in Peace, Conflict and Development. I don't just coach — I understand the structural, relational, and psychological dynamics underneath organizational dysfunction, and I design interventions that address root causes, not symptoms.

What I do on Upwork:
→ Executive & Leadership Coaching — 1:1 coaching for leaders, managers, and executives navigating transitions, high-stakes decisions, communication challenges, or leadership effectiveness gaps. Sessions are goal-driven, evidence-informed, and grounded in coaching psychology and adult learning theory.

→ Conflict Resolution Consulting — Workplace conflict assessment, intervention design, facilitated dialogue, and mediation support. I work with HR leaders, executive teams, and organizations experiencing team dysfunction, leadership conflict, or cultural misalignment.

→ Learning Experience Design (LXD) & Facilitation — Workshop and curriculum design for leadership development programs, conflict resolution training, communication skills, and organizational learning. I design and can deliver — a rare combination.

→ Workplace Assessment & Conflict Dynamics Analysis — Organizational conflict assessments, stakeholder interviews, team dynamics analysis, and written recommendations. I diagnose what's actually driving dysfunction — not just the surface symptoms — and provide organizations with a clear, actionable picture of what needs to change and how.

→ Psychoeducational Program Design — Design of structured group learning programs grounded in evidence-based frameworks (ACT, mindfulness, emotional regulation, somatic awareness). I have direct delivery experience in correctional, community health, YMCA, and mental wellness settings. I design curriculum that is trauma-informed, accessible, and facilitator-ready.

→ Organizational Development Consulting — Stakeholder engagement, team diagnostic work, program design for organizations undergoing conflict, restructuring, or leadership challenges.
Who I work best with:

-HR leaders, L&D managers, and People Operations teams who need a credentialed, experienced partner — not a generalist
-Executives and senior leaders in private, public, nonprofit, and international settings
-Organizations experiencing persistent team dysfunction, trust breakdowns, or leadership gaps
-Consulting firms needing a credentialed subcontractor to deliver coaching or conflict resolution programs

What makes me different:

Most coaches aren't conflict specialists. Most mediators aren't coaches. Very few practitioners hold both at depth — and fewer still have 15+ years of real-world delivery across corporate, justice, government, educational, and international community settings. I'm also bilingual (English/Spanish), which extends my reach to Spanish-speaking organizations and Latin American clients.

I've designed and facilitated learning experiences at Mount Royal University, YMCA Calgary, Pollack Peacebuilding Systems, the Centre for Conflict Resolution International, and the John Howard Society — across correctional, corporate, nonprofit, and community contexts.
