My name is Stephan Michel and I lead a small but fine German team of specialists in the field of financial accounting operations.
Briefly about us: we are Stephan, Denitsa, Nasi and Anna. We have worked together for several years and are specialized in different types of financial services, mainly accounting.
We always reach our goal (monthly, quarterly or annual financial statements), even if one or the other document is missing
We offer the following services:
1. Set up:
a) Assistance in the selection of accounting software
b) Deposition of data in the selected accounting software
c) Audit
d) Credit card management / travel expenses
e) Bank and credit card reconciliation
2. Accounting
a) Invoice management: collecting, stamping and filing invoices
b) Keeping of the invoice receipt book
c) Pre-entering invoices (accounts and cost centres)
d) Invoice workflow (filing for technical approvals)
e) Post invoices and bank statements
f) Create invoice payment run
g) Communication with the tax lawyer of the company
3. Finance
a) Creating and sending outgoing invoices
b) Carrying out dunning procedures
On request, we are also at your disposal as a freelancer.
