Based on this information, job descriptions are developed and strategic sourcing methods are implemented using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and talent databases to identify both active and passive candidates.
Candidates are then screened through resume reviews and initial interviews to evaluate their qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit. Shortlisted candidates are coordinated for further interviews with the hiring team, ensuring smooth scheduling and consistent communication throughout the process.
Once the ideal candidate is selected, the process moves to offer management, including compensation discussion and negotiation. After offer acceptance, support is provided for pre-onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into the organization and successful hiring outcomes.
