I bring a rare combination to that work: coach, strategist, designer, and thinking partner - with 15+ years embedded alongside senior leaders in complex organizations. I've helped CAOs, federal executives, and board-level decision makers get unstuck, set meaningful direction, and build the internal alignment that makes execution possible. I know what it looks like when an organization is spinning, and I know how to help leadership cut through it.
My approach is human-centred at its core, seeking to uncover the root of the challenge at hand. That means I take culture seriously as a strategic variable, I build relationships on trust and honesty, and I measure success by whether something actually changed, not whether a deliverable got submitted. At the same time, I'm rigorous about outcomes. Clarity, alignment, and amplified impact are the purpose.
I also believe, grounded in my own graduate research, in the power of narrative and storytelling as instruments of leadership and organizational change. The stories leaders tell, about their organizations, their teams, and themselves, shape what's possible. Part of my work is helping identify those stories, and consciously change the ones that are holding them back or keeping the organization stuck.
I hold a Master of Arts in Leadership a Design Thinking certificate from Harvard Extension School, and Prosci Change Management certification.
