About Aziz
Training and Development Consultant

Currently, Aziz serves as a Group Corporate Training Specialist at Ali Bin Ali Holding and is a Co-Founder & Corporate Trainer at the Center for Awareness Training and Development. In the past, he has held roles such as Enablement Trainer at Motive Technologies Inc. in the USA and Organization Development Fellow at The Resolution Project in NYC.
In addition to his professional experience, Aziz is the author of two books on mastering training and facilitation skills and life skills for success. He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the National University of Modern Languages in Islamabad, Pakistan, and a B.Sc (Hons) in Civil Engineering. He is also a graduate of Atlas Corps Fellowship in the USA and Acumen Fellowship in Pakistan, as well as a Facebook Certified Lead Trainer and a Meta Certified Media Planning Professional. Based in Doha, Qatar, Aziz's specialties include training and development, instructional design, training design and delivery, leadership development, consulting, mentoring and coaching, performance management, organizational development, soft skills, customer service, strategic planning, recruitment, program management, and entrepreneurship (social and corporate).
