Hiring & People Operations: From job posting coordination to onboarding new team members, I've supported the full hiring cycle and managed HR-adjacent responsibilities including payroll, leave management, and incentive programs, always in close coordination with leadership and external advisors.
Administrative & operational support: I'm equally comfortable handling the day-to-day: reconciling bank accounts, processing invoices, coordinating with external accountants, gestorías, and suppliers, and managing vendor relationships. If it keeps the business running, I can own it.
The tools I work with: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Linear, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, and a strong working knowledge of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) which means I work faster, smarter, and deliver more value per hour than a traditional assistant.
