This monthly HR support offering provides direct access to senior-level HR expertise without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. Services are practical, responsive, and tailored to your business stage, team size, and risk profile.
Support may include:
Real-time HR guidance for managers and leadership
Employee relations and performance issue coaching
Policy, handbook, and SOP review or development
Compliance guidance (federal and multi-state)
Hiring, onboarding, and termination support
Organizational structure and role clarity guidance
Compensation, job descriptions, and leveling advice
Leadership communication and documentation review

This is not a helpdesk or administrative service. The focus is on judgment, clarity, and execution so leaders can make confident decisions and avoid preventable issues.
