*Manage interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills
*Verify and check candidates requirements, licenses, certifications, etc.
*Review CVs to identify suitable candidates and Handle candidate queries
*Managing and updating the candidate database and OneDrive files
*Pipeline/Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate profile
*Communicating with candidates via email and phone
*Creating comprehensive job descriptions and postings
*Reformatting/rebranding resumes/CVs
*Providing feedback on video mock interviews and making recommendations to clients
