HR Manager for scale up company
Doina is the best HR professional I have ever met. She signle-handedly took our HR department from 0 to 1. Everyone liked her. She helped us create a structure and engagement beyond a job description. We got highly organized around all things admin and compliant.
I would highly recommend anyone to hire her with your eyes closed. We interviewed CHROs and Head of HR with less capabilities than her. While we had to pause the contract due to the company hitting a hurdle. We are doing all the planning we can to re-hire Doina asap.

Sourcing for Frontend Engineer (Europe)
