My path into this work wasn’t typical. I struggled in the education system and later fought my way to a BA as a mature student. That lived experience shapes everything I do today: designing recruitment and talent systems that work for how people actually think and perform, not just how processes expect them to.

Over the last 17 years, I’ve led and re-engineered talent acquisition functions across health, technology and education, from modernising talent operations at NICE to advising global organisations through Neurodiversity at Work.
