I live in Lombok and personally visit developments, resale properties, and land deals so you don't have to buy based on a brochure and a Zoom call.
I go in person and tell you exactly what I find, good or bad. Recent example: a "sea view" unit that, on site, had a partly blocked view once you stood in the room.
What I check:
Marketing vs. reality (views, finishes, distances, noise, access)
Construction progress and quality (off-plan/under construction)
Surrounding area and development pace
Basic red flags worth a closer look (not legal or financial advice)
I can also shoot raw, unedited video on request, and stay in touch on your investment's progress after the sale.
