Discovery session (60–90 mins)

We jump on a call with you or the person in charge of onboarding to identify current friction points and propose an initial workflow for the process. I will create a summary about my findings that you can use in other processes or departments.

Drat proposal

I create the tools for your systems, tailored to your and your team's needs. It includes a workflow and checklist, and could also have an SOP or role map, based on your needs.

Review the work, release payment, and leave feedback to Natalia.
