It’s designed to give aspiring professionals a clear path to real-world skills, mentorship, and sustainable career growth. We're building this program in Mississippi and Tennessee to strengthen both local talent pipelines and national security.
Through Koitecc, I also lead programs like the Cyber Circle and the Cyber Career Accelerator to help veterans, career switchers, and underrepresented talent enter high-demand roles in compliance and risk management. Whether I’m mentoring individuals, consulting with SMBs, or speaking to students about cyber careers, I stay focused on impact and long-term transformation.
