As an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning specialist, I have designed and delivered evaluations of multi-national complex systems as well as supporting the business development needs of various organisations. I currently work as MEL Lead for a high profile funder of health and social care research. I will offer an hours consultation to understand your business needs, followed by a first draft logic model using business plans or strategic documents you send to me. We will identify key stakeholders to input to the logic model and hold an online 1.5hour workshop to develop the logic model before I take the feedback away to iterate. If you choose the standard package, I will also identify key indicators of change and make recommendations for external data sources and monitoring questions. This may take a further consultation to understand your existing data accessibility. Finally, if you choose the advanced package, we will hold a further 2 hour workshop to develop key evaluation questions which will help to inform strategic decision making, and identify time points when asking these questions will be most relevant and how you might go about doing this.

Alongside a successful career trajectory, I have also moonlighted for many years as a healthcare consultant, authoring several published articles and advising on strategy, policy and workforce development for multiple health organizations. This includes authorship, editing and proofreading for everything from research publications in peer-reviewed journals to blog content. I have worked broadly for a range of clients, however, specialize in psychology, mental health and social research.
I have a BSc in Psychology from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in Global Mental Health from the University of Glasgow. I am passionate about developing capacity and supporting team consensus through use of logic models/ Theories of Change, workshops, webinars and other strategic engagement activity to guide decision making and achieve growth. I have led a number of successful projects, grown businesses in size and scope, supported change management/ transformation and led communities to secure buy in and additional funding for collaborative projects.
