This freelancer completely failed to deliver the service he promised. He asked me to pay prematurely before any actual results were produced, and once payment was made, communication and excuses became the pattern instead of progress.
He also pushed communication off Upwork onto WhatsApp, which I now realize was a major red flag. I have full records of the conversations, payment history, and promises that were made.
The job was not completed, my money was taken, and the entire experience felt dishonest and misleading. I am escalating this directly to Upwork with all supporting evidence and would strongly caution anyone considering working with this freelancer to proceed very carefully.
