I use my talents to help shine a light on others’ gifts through a coaching process that prioritizes reflection, exploration, and curiosity.
In addition to supporting people with career growth through business, professional, and career coaching, I work with individuals to support them with things such as resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and job application processes.
My Story:
Since I was a little girl, I have been curious about how people think, act, and behave. I used to strike up conversations with everyone I met, eager to hear their story! My passion for learning about people led me to a career in Human Resources (HR).
What I realized during my career in HR was that I had a special talent in coaching people to grow into new roles, to go for a promotion, and to improve their skills.
What I was best at doing in my HR roles was helping people get unstuck from parts of their life that were no longer serving them. I coached people who were negative, depressed and/or unhappy with their careers to move into better positions that they were satisfied with. I coached executives to lead their teams better so that staff satisfaction increased.
What I have come in contact with over and over again is that many people are stuck in positions, or roles that they are unfulfilled with but simply do not know how to move forward. This is where I come in.
I know what it feels like to be unfulfilled and realize something is missing in your career. When I worked in HR I craved opportunities for curiosity-led exploration and deep, meaningful conversations where my work directly contributed to the change people were seeking. This led me to question the status quo (the 9-5 hustle) and begin my search for a new career. With the combination of my education, experience, and passion for supporting people, I found my path in coaching. I am deeply fulfilled by seeing people discover their purpose, utilize their potential, and create a path that leads to their own definition of success. There is nothing I’d rather do!
