My background covers a few areas. I have a BSc in Human Resource Management from KNUST and I'm currently doing an MSc in Business and Data Analysis. Day to day, I work as an operations manager where I pull together performance data and prepare reports for business decisions. Before that, I spent a year doing statistical analysis, regression, hypothesis testing, structural equation modelling, for researchers at KNUST's business school library, using SPSS and Amos.
On the tools side: Power BI for dashboards and visualisations, Excel for data cleaning, pivot tables, and modelling, SPSS for statistical work, and Google Sheets for collaborative reporting. I'm also comfortable with HR documentation, employee records, and process write-ups from my HR degree and operations experience.
