Need a Senior/Exec Career Coach & Resume Writer to join our Career Growth Agency ($400 per client)
Laky (Lynda) Yang initially started off great, she followed our training and SOP and contributed well to our clients and things were good for a few months. Later on, she started losing her initial quality and her communication tapered off.
She mentioned she was going through a family emergency and bereavement, which I totally understood and respected and asked if she needed further support. She mentioned not to assign more clients and said she is committed to completing the deliverables for her remaining clients. For a few days to a week, her work was a bit slower but she was still doing some of the work just fine and we understood and were sympathetic to her situation.
However, after about 2 weeks, to her remaining clients - she ended up ghosting them, and after 1 whole week of follow up where we remained professional and checked on her regularly, she mentioned no response whatsoever. We paid her upfront and asked her to refund for the portion of services she was unable to deliver and she said no.
Due to the lack of communication, diligence, and commitment issues, I do not recommend this freelancer. Her current work is being up by other freelancers where we had to pay extra and we have lost money in doing that. She is refusing to refund about more than $700 for work she committed to do but didn't and we don't trust her to do it as she has ignored us for an entire week.
