QuickBooks cleanup Needed for Small Business Dianna was very professional and seemed to have a good background to help with my Quickbooks project. Her accounting business is legit, based out of Wyoming. Where I had a problem was that I felt the hours charged seemed excessive. I was allegedly charged for an 11 hour day. I ended up finishing the project in an hour and a half. Communication was great, until the work started, and the time was entered manually, after the fact. I asked her to show me what she did for 11 hours with a screen share and she became indignant that I would question it. I also thought I deserved to be able to see what the actual changes were to my books, so that I could explain them, if need be? My bank accounts to books were reconciled, so duplicates should have been easy to spot, and cleanup, in my opinion? So nothing really bad happened, but I spent $500 on a project that may have been way less hours, or may have been spot on? Plus the project never got finished. A fixed price contract would have been a much better way to tackle this project. Her credentials are awesome, so hopefully this feedback I'm leaving is just a growing pain to getting started on Upworks. D is a nice person and I wish her the best.
