VTI Staffing will provide end-to-end recruitment support including:
• Drafting or refining the job description.
• Posting and advertising the role on relevant platforms.
• Actively sourcing and screening qualified candidates.
• Conducting initial interviews – every candidate will go through a detailed screening process to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit. You will receive a candidate summary, their resume in a standardized format, and our interview notes.
• Presenting a shortlist of the best candidates for your review.
• Coordinating interviews with your team.
• Employment and reference checks.
• Candidate profiles, summaries of qualifications, and interview notes.
• Regular progress updates and a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Full coordination of interviews and support through the final job offer.
The recruitment process typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on market conditions, candidate availability, and the speed of feedback from your team.
Fee per Hour: $25 per hour, completing min 20 hours per week. Our process usually takes 3 weeks but could take longer depending on the profile and experience required.

- Prepared or updated employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Recommended new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the department and services performed
- Ran reports and performed audits to make sure that all employee information in all the systems was accurate
- Manage the full cyle recruiting process for different positions
