📒 Job Handbook Creation: I will create a playbook for a particular role to outline the requirements, sourcing strategy, interview process and offer strategy
📄Resume review and screening: If you are in need of minimal support and are overwhelmed with resumes to review, I will qualify resumes and submit the top applicants to you. Additionally I am able to screen candidates if desired.
👩💻 Candidate lists: I will source candidates based on your requirements and provide a list with contact information and candidate profiles.

Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Jacqueline can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Jacqueline receives requirements from you.
Jacqueline works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Client sends resumes to be reviewed
This can either be access to your ATS, a spreadsheet with linked resumes or multiple emails with attachments
Consultant sends back qualified resumes
After reviewing, I will send back the resumes that meet the requirements sent over
