Tom made himself available and tried to deliver despite the budget constraints. He worked hard, was responsive when changes were needed, and made an effort to answer my questions.
However, there were a couple of things that did not make me entirely happy.
First, I had to review his work myself, which was burdensome for me since I have no background in law, and it was time-consuming.
Second, he included a legal clause that made the arrangement risky for me and added extra work.
