Accountant needed to set up company
I hired Kyle to set up my UK limited company and provide a virtual address. While the company was registered, I never received any forwarded letters or HMRC correspondence despite repeatedly requesting them, and only received my UTR number months later. Additionally, the PAYE scheme was never set up, yet I was charged for payroll services and payslips that were not legitimate or compliant with HMRC. Communication was poor, with many of my emails going unanswered. Due to these serious issues and lack of professionalism, I cannot recommend Kyle for accounting or payroll services.

Set Up Accounting System and Bookkeeping Process
I had a disappointing experience working with Kyle. when I first started working with Kyle, he was excellent. passionate, communicative, fair. After our first contract, I hired him to set up an accounting system for me. The issues began as he did not communicate the scope, price and timeline of the work as we began the project. He then went missing halfway through and I was forced to chase after with very little responsiveness. We managed to complete a part of the work, but he then stopped replying once again and I was forced to spend many hours trying to correct things and had a lot of stress due to it. Kyle is skilled and qualified, however, he is not used to working in a freelance setting and I paid the price for hiring him.
