I bring strong, field-driven experience in identifying the right suppliers and manufacturers, accurately analyzing business needs, matching brands with the most suitable 3PL partners, and planning and managing the entire logistics flow - including customs and international shipments.
Across DTC, B2B, and B2C business models, I actively manage brand-specific packaging solutions - whether bulk or individual fulfillment - including the organization of all packaging and printed materials. My scope also includes simultaneous coordination of multiple 3PL operations, organization and follow-up of initial sampling processes, tech pack analysis, and end-to-end coordination between manufacturers, finishing ateliers, trim suppliers, and mills.
My goal is to build a transparent, reliable, and scalable sourcing infrastructure that protects sustainable quality while optimizing both cost and time.
