Sometimes you are lucky to run into a person and you wonder where on earth they got all their clarity, wisdom and experience. Couple that with a warm and humble personality and you are left just feeling grateful for each and every single interaction you get to have with the person. Erik clearly has a passion for what he does and it is contagious. Things you did not know you would learn you pick up and the knowledge transfer is so smooth it even goes by unnoticed. Without getting too spiritual in this review I'll say that it is pure bliss to get to have an exchange with Erik. Erik has just completed a business transformation plan for my company, and if I had to sum it up in one word, that word would be magnificent.
But not just that, because we are looking at a transformation project that means that there is stress in my life, and the way Eril communicates is full of compassion, empathy and positivity - it was everything I needed personally.
I now will be working with Erik to implement this plan, it is going to be hard work but having Erik with me makes this feel possible when a month ago (before we met) I was feeling the opposite.
I was tempted to leave a 1 star review, meaning no-one else wants to work with him so that I have him all to myself - but there is no way I could do this to such an amazing human being.
Absolutely first class, I could not recommend him highly enough.
