Build the Profile
We will gather input in the form of surveys to build the ideal candidate profile. You will receive a detailed report of the profile. We will suggest wording in the job ad to help attract candidates that meet the profile.
Candidate Evaluation - if purchased
If purchased, candidates take the survey. Their results are compared to the profile created and a report is provided to you.
