After you send me the job description and a detailed personality preference for the candidate of your dreams (we can also have a 30-minute call to discuss the role), I will provide 10 candidates per week. I contact hundreds of candidates per week and select the best matches for the position you have. I personally speak to them about the role and assess their technical skills and personalities to match them to the role.
