I recently founded a nextgen law firm, advising entrepreneurs (either startups or emerging asset managers) and individuals regarding the corporate and regulatory aspects of their structures in Luxembourg. Prior to that, I worked for two leading Luxembourg law firms, ranked into major legal references (such as Legal 500, IFLR 1000) where I have been involved on corporate and financial matters - including unregulated and strongly regulated investment structures - but also punctually on commercial matters (review of NDA, commercial agreements, etc.).
Prior to this position, I have been employed by a major European investment bank, in the legal derivatives documentation team, in support to the trading desk.
I've also worked for a consumers' rights association, as a volontary legal consultant, and been the founder and director of the legal clinics of Nancy's law school.
