I work with founders and investors on the materials and analysis that matter: a financial model investors can trust, an investor pitch deck that tells the fundraise story clearly, a business plan grounded in real assumptions, and valuation work that withstands due diligence. My background combines VC and investment banking (deep financial modelling experience - Google Sheets and Excel models).
For startups, a typical engagement starts with a financial modeller work and expands into pro forma building for scenario planning, cash flow planning, financial forecasting, and financial projections. From there, the work often extends into an investor pitch deck creation (Powerpoint (PPT) investor presentation), business plan development, market research, CIM, teaser, and fundraising execution. I also provide support around financial planning, reporting, and investor readiness.
For investors and acquirers, the work is more analytical: investment analysis, financial analysis, buy-side financial modeling, financial model review, LBO analysis, equity research, deal valuation, and transaction support before capital is committed.
