A public speaking coach who understands her clients because she was once them? That would be me! I remember hating public speaking and wanting the floor to swallow me up so I wouldn't have to address an audience. That was many years ago, and since then I have gone on to win many speech contests, be a guest speaker at meetings and conferences, host workshops for companies to train their staff, and work with many amazing clients one-on-one. I especially love working with new speakers who want to get started on the right foot with their skills. Many clients would describe me as personable, funny, knowledgable, and going above and beyond with showing my clients how to excel. My goal is not to change who my clients are, but to bring out the BEST version of who they already are as a speaker. You are an original, and I want your authentic POLISHED self to show up. Power Hour sessions are best for discussing a SPECIFIC challenge you're having with your presentation. It's the best use of your session time.

The Power Hour is your opportunity to get my guidance, recommendations, and expertise on a SPECIFIC speaking or speaker business challenge that you're having. Examples of what this session can focus on:
-Review your speaker one-sheet
-Discuss one aspect of a speech you're working on (examples: how to open, making it more engaging, structuring content, figuring out the major points)
-Discuss speaker marketing strategies that will work best for YOU
-Generate social media content ideas if this is a struggle for you
-Practice your delivery to ensure you're coming across confident and owning the stage
We would meet over Zoom for the session.
2. Speech Video Analysis
Refine your speaking skills with a one-time thorough evaluation of your speech video! If you have a speech that’s up to 15 minutes long, Roquita will review and provide actionable insights to enhance your speaking abilities.
Key elements that will be looked at include:
-Clear core message and supporting content
-Engaging delivery
-Body language (gestures, posture, stage presence)
-Vocal variety
-Speaking area utilization
-Structure/Logical Flow
Visual aid effectiveness
Your analysis, completed over Zoom, will be completed within 3 business days after you submit your video to Roquita.
