"1-position" project pricing is for 1 position type, regardless of the number of openings
"Multi-role" project pricing listed is based on 2-3 position types (ANYTHING MORE than 2 positions will be discussed/negotiated or discounted "per position" add-on may be selected)
For the Full-time recruiter package, pricing listed is for 8 or more positions on a "rotation," where not all positions will ramp up simultaneously but will be prioritized where 8 new positions per two-week period can be ramped up

Delivery timelines: over 80% of roles I work on are successfully closed in 3 to 5 weeks.

For 1 "position type" (either remote or in 1 general location) I will need no more than 10-15 billable hours per week (depending on the number of positions & complexity of the search). I "do" offer billable hours discounts for 5-7 roles worked on and then again at 8 or more positions worked on, at the same time.

As for myself, I am front-end Recruitment research, prospective candidate marketing campaign, phone prospecting, and phone screening services professional and strategist, with my own tools and database, ready to deliver better results than a staffing or executive search firm, and perform better than a typical full-time, w-2 recruiter.
