I've managed outbound for multiple B2B clients at the same time, so I know how to stay organized across accounts without things slipping through the cracks. I've built SOPs, trained team members, and put systems in place that kept running after I stepped back, including processes that got adopted by 200+ companies across Europe.
On the CRM side I work primarily in HubSpot and Pipedrive, campaigns, pipelines, workflows, automations. I also use Make and Zapier to connect systems and cut down on manual work wherever possible.
