Zahid is good with CRM but his availability was an issue. He was not available to discuss the updates and progress on the tasks assigned to him. Required a lot of follow-up to get a task done. He is very good with spoken english from a communication standpoint, but ranks low when it comes to communicating on project tasks and their timely completion.
