Quarterly VAT Returns Submission for UK Ltd Using Xero
I explicitly instructed them after the first quarter VAT return 'Note: It is your responsibility to get in touch and begin the process for the next quarter (ending DEC 31st 2025). So I expect you to spring into action after this time in order to ensure all the filing is done on time.'
They forgot to submit the return and caused us to incur an HMRC penalty. When the issue was raised, no response was given.
