Great work, communicated the ETA and kept to promised time, did a revision as promised.
Also, he explained upfront what various levels of payment would achieve. Very thorough. Offered that I should stop contract if my expectations wouldn't be met. Although he wasn't available for 4 days, he explained that too before we started - and he's busy because he's very good.
