I have always been involved in the development of semi-automatic machines for industrial automation. I generally work with Autodesk Inventor and Autocad but I also know how to use Solidworks and Siemens NX well. I am expert in solid modeling, sheet metal, technical drawings ready for manufacturing, FEM analysis, hand made calculation
Below are some of the projects I have developed recently:
- robotic cell for the production of ceramic shells for the production of turbine blades in which there is an anthropomorphic robot, two vertical axis mixers, a sand shower cabin and a controlled temperature cell with two levels in which there is an overhead chain, lift and weight control station;
- vacuum furnace for manufacturing turbine blades (shell casting);
- bench for assembling and checking car pedals;
- welding bench with dust extractor and hydraulically opening roof for loading parts;
- bench for pedal release lever testing;
- manipulators for assembling wax blades;
- air conditioning vent assembly test bench;
- machine for driving bushes for escutcheon under windshield;
- machine for removing ceramic shell residues from shovels;
- equipment for maintenance of railway trolley wheels;
- equipment for maintenance of railway bogie transmission;
- transport trolleys for specific objects;
- structures for storing various materials.
