3D Models INICIAL ORDER
Working with Huy’s team has been very difficult. We started this project over two months ago, and by the end, many files were still not modeled correctly. The team was clearly disorganized. Initially, we were assigned one group who didn’t follow our instructions, and later, a second group tried to fix the issues—but the lack of consistency created more confusion.
From the beginning, we clearly stated that we needed files in .fbx or .obj formats. The process was supposed to be: send us RAW files, we review them, and then they move forward after our approval. However, many RAW files were missing or ignored, and they moved ahead without our approval. When we asked for corrections, they refused to go back, blaming the previous team instead.
Internal problems are not our responsibility. Our only expectation was to receive the models according to our specifications. Instead of finding solutions and moving forward, they spent time pointing fingers, which delayed the project and made it impossible to keep working together.
This experience was disappointing and far from professional.

My feedback isn't about Huy, he was a middle person taking the contract for another team, my feedback is based on my experience with them. Too much time wasted, lack of communication, excuses, lack of proof of work being done (not to mention on time).
