Sofia was very collaborative and motivated. She wanted to be very helpful. Her UX analysis report was of high quality. However, motivated by helpfulness, she also conducted and charged me for work that was not agreed upon, resulting in c.2,000 USD spent on design elements that will never be used. This happened twice.
