Mohammad needs help understanding the requirements. He can take your design and put it in Figma. If you expect him to think through user flow and design accordingly - that won't happen. There were so many instances where I (who is NOT a designer) asked basic questions - only then did he address them. Another thing that bothered me was the constant focus on money - in fact, he asked to be paid before completing a milestone, and I made the mistake of paying. Trust is not a good thing here. It would be great if you have a design and need someone to put it in Figma. If not, then it's impossible for him.
