Sales Presentation Creation for Educational Institutions
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this freelancer. We clearly established and documented an agreement for 2-3 rounds of revisions before starting the project, which was a key factor in my decision to hire them. After submitting standard revision requests, they suddenly claimed my feedback constituted a "complete redesign" rather than revisions and demanded additional fees to complete work that should have been covered in our original agreement.
When I referenced our written pre-contract communications that explicitly confirmed the revision terms, they refused to honor their commitment. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic - agree to favorable terms upfront, then change definitions mid-project to extract more money.
Communication became tense and unproductive once I requested they honor our original agreement. They wasted my time, delayed my project, and demonstrated a complete lack of professional integrity. I cannot recommend working with this freelancer under any circumstances.
