He had an assignment to do, and to perform this assignment a registration on our website (something which takes 30 second) was necessary
He didn't process the work to be done because he didnt want to do so.
I had to hire another freelancer to make the job who had no problem in registering and performing the job. For this reason, I have to close the contract.
