From Figma to App Store — including CI/CD, crash monitoring, RevenueCat subscriptions, Supabase backend, and production support. I treat your Figma as a contract and ship weekly TestFlight builds so you see real progress, not a big reveal at the end.
▸ AI systems and agents
Claude API, OpenAI, agentic workflows, automation pipelines. I build systems that handle failure modes gracefully — not demos that break when the data gets messy. If your AI system needs to run 24/7, I design it to fail safely, not silently.
▸ Taking over broken codebases
Auditing, stabilizing, and shipping what the previous team couldn't. No documentation? No CI/CD? No problem — I've done this multiple times and know exactly where to look first.

Python, Node.js, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Redis. Data ingestion, normalization, API design, and async job processing.

→ Automated reputation monitoring for a fintech brand: 500+ sources ingested daily, Claude-powered sentiment classification, structured digest delivered every morning. Replaced 3 hours of manual analyst work.
→ Flutter app stabilization:
No CI/CD, no documentation, previous team gone. Audited the codebase, built the pipeline, documented everything, shipped an update to both stores within a month.
→ AI automation pipeline:
Multi-source data intake (email, Excel, API), normalization with LLM extraction, structured output to PostgreSQL. Human review queue for low-confidence records.

Small PRs. Weekly builds you can tap through or test. I flag problems early instead of hiding them until deadline. If something in your spec doesn't make sense technically, I'll say so before building it.
I don't do fixed-price projects with native hardware integrations or undefined scope. I do give honest estimates and protect you from scope creep.

Design kickoff and brief
We align on product goals, target audience, tone, and visual direction. I ask about references, constraints, and what "done" looks like for you.
Wireframes and information architecture
I map out all screens, user flows, and navigation logic in low-fidelity wireframes. You review and approve the structure before any visual design begins.
