I am a big believer in iterative design, and love helping to improve existing work. And over 20 years of digital product design I've developed a good eye and instinct for how to tackle what can seem daunting or unsalvageable. I approach design reviews with honesty, thoughtfulness, and positive energy – both because I sincerely enjoy this work, but also because I know how hard it can be when you are in too deep to be objective, and aren't sure where to start or why something isn't working visually. Sometimes it's the small things that can make a big impact. Sometimes it's the big things. Trust me to help you identify which it is and what on earth we can do about it. In the Quick Win (starter) package we'll spend up to an hour together reviewing problem areas and discussing concrete solutions. With higher tier packages this conversation also informs me as to what areas you want focused on in the final report.
