Need Graphic Artist to Turn Drawing into Digital Artwork for Tshirt
The work was decent, but the freelancer disappeared for weeks at a time. Multiple times. After agreeing on a contract Nataliaa disappeared for 6 days before getting started. She then promised to get back to me with sketches within a day. I followed up 3 days later, no response, then 5 days later, when she said she had family issues which is understandable, I let it slide. We proceeded to make some progress the next day with sketches, but then I had to follow up 4 days later for an update at which point she said "finishing it today". I got the next round the following day where I gave my feedback. I followed up 3 days later, no response, then the following day again, where she said she'll give me the final edits in an hour. Didn't get them until the next day. All in all, we began communicating about this project on April 28th, and I didn't get the final edits until June 10th. At this point, I was way past my deadline for this project and had to use different graphics. I understand projects taking a while due to the work involved, but this was not the case. When Nataliaa was responsive she would get back to me with edits on my feedback within a few hours. But then disappearing for days at a time, multiple times, was unacceptable.
