I am a passionate UX/UI designer, dedicated to finding simple and effective solutions to resolve user frustrations. With a background in IT and a master's degree in UX and web marketing from HETIC, I have been immersed in this field for 2.5 years.

User Research
First I'm going to gather as much information as I can about the problem you'd like me to address, and the problems you might not have noticed yet.
Zoning/User Stories
I'll use the research to write logical User Stories and define a skeleton/zoning for the website/app.
